Every session starts with a conversation about how you're moving, what feels tight or unstable, and what your day looks like. Then I bring together assisted stretching, mobility, stability, and recovery work chosen for your body. No studio, no rush, and no one else on the next table.

There's no travel fee anywhere in Essex County. Openings are limited each month, so tell me your town when you reach out and I'll let you know about availability. Not nearby? Sessions & memberships

Single sessions are $140 for 60 minutes and $200 for 90 minutes. Monthly memberships start at $300 and save you $40 to $80 a month. See all pricing.
