In-home mobility · North Jersey
Hip & knee mobility, at home.
Stiff hips and achy knees can make walking, stairs, getting out of the car, or working out feel harder than it should. I come to you and build sessions around how your hips and knees actually move, and what's around them.
Who this is for
- Tight hips from long hours of sitting, commuting, or desk work
- Stiffness on stairs, getting up from a chair, or after walks and runs
- Runners, golfers, tennis players, and lifters who want to move and recover better
- People with hypermobility who need more stability, not more stretching
- Anyone returning to activity after a break, with clearance from their provider
Looking above and below the joint
Hips and knees work as a team with your feet, ankles, and core. When one area isn't moving well, another often picks up the slack. That's why I don't just stretch what feels tight. I look at how you squat, step, balance, and shift your weight, then decide what needs mobility and what needs strength or control.
What we might work on
- Assisted stretching for hips, hamstrings, quads, calves, and glutes
- Mobility work to help your hips rotate and your knees bend more comfortably
- Stability and strength exercises for the muscles that support your joints
- Simple at-home movements that fit into your day
When to see a doctor first
I provide wellness and movement services, not medical care or physical therapy, and I don't diagnose. If you have significant swelling, a joint that locks or gives way, pain after a fall or injury, or symptoms that are getting worse, please see a medical provider first. If you're recovering from surgery, I'll work with your surgeon's or therapist's guidance.
Tell me what's going on.
Send a quick note about what feels hard right now and what you'd like to do more comfortably. I reply personally within 24 hours, and we'll start with a free 15-minute call.
