Tennis elbow, forearm, and grip tension.

Whether it's from tennis, pickleball, golf, lifting, or hours at a keyboard, an achy elbow makes everything from your backhand to opening a jar harder. I come to you and look at the whole arm, from your grip to your shoulder and upper back.

Who this is for

  • An achy outer elbow that flares when you grip, lift, or swing
  • Tennis, pickleball, and golf players who want to stay on the court or course
  • Desk workers with tight forearms, wrists, and shoulders
  • Lifters and parents who are always gripping, carrying, and lifting
  • Anyone who has rested it, iced it, and still feels it

Why I look beyond the elbow

The elbow often takes the load when the shoulder, upper back, or wrist isn't sharing the work. So I look at how your whole arm and upper body move, not only the sore spot.

Sessions can include gentle assisted stretching, soft-tissue work like cupping or scraping when appropriate, and simple strength and grip work so your arm can handle what you love doing.

What a session looks like

  1. We talk. Where you feel it, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you've already tried.
  2. I look at how you move. Simple movements show me where you're stiff, where you're compensating, and what needs more support.
  3. Hands-on work. Assisted stretching, mobility, soft-tissue, and stability work chosen for you, with your comfort guiding the pressure and pace.
  4. A plan for between visits. A few simple things you'll actually do at home.

When to see a doctor first

I provide wellness and movement services, not medical care or physical therapy, and I don't diagnose. If you have significant swelling, a recent injury, numbness or tingling in your hand, or pain that keeps getting worse, please see a medical provider first. I'm happy to work alongside your doctor or physical therapist.
