In-home mobility for golfers · North Jersey

Golf stiffness? Turn more freely and enjoy your round.

Tight hips, a stiff upper back, and achy shoulders can shorten your turn and leave you sore after 18 holes. I come to your home and help you move more freely through your swing, so you can play comfortably and keep coming back to the game you love.

Who this is for

  • Golfers who feel stiff on the first tee or sore the day after a round
  • A limited backswing or follow-through from tight hips or upper back
  • Low back tightness that shows up mid-round
  • Players who want a pre-season or in-season mobility routine
  • Weekend golfers who sit at a desk all week

Why mobility matters for your swing

A smooth turn depends on how your hips, upper back, and shoulders rotate. When one area is stiff, another one usually picks up the slack, and that's often where the soreness shows up.

I combine assisted stretching with simple mobility and stability work you can do before a round, so you feel loose on the first tee and recover better afterward.

What a session looks like

  1. We talk. Where you feel it, when it started, what makes it better or worse, and what you've already tried.
  2. I look at how you move. Simple movements show me where you're stiff, where you're compensating, and what needs more support.
  3. Hands-on work. Assisted stretching, mobility, soft-tissue, and stability work chosen for you, with your comfort guiding the pressure and pace.
  4. A plan for between visits. A few simple things you'll actually do at home.

When to see a doctor first

I provide wellness and movement services, not medical care or physical therapy, and I don't diagnose. If you have sharp pain, a recent injury, or pain that keeps getting worse, please see a medical provider first. I'm happy to work alongside your doctor or physical therapist.
