Private, one-on-one care in your home

Between commutes, long workdays, kids' schedules, and weekend hikes and rounds of golf, it's hard to find time to drive to a studio and wait for a table. I bring everything to you, so your session happens on your schedule, in the comfort of your own space.

Every session starts with a conversation about how you're moving, what feels tight or unstable, and what your day looks like. Then I bring together assisted stretching, mobility, stability, and recovery work chosen for your body. No studio, no rush, and no one else on the next table.

  • Posture and desk-day tightness from sitting, driving, and screens
  • Recovery support for runners, golfers, lifters, and active adults
